Medical Support Group provides a professional subscription service that manages resuscitation kits, emergency drugs, and defibrillators across one or more GP sites. Leveraging our tracking system for streamlined tracking and oversight, we reduce practice risk and administrative burden while ensuring clear governance, while a nominated practice user performs essential local checks.
How the service works
We configure your all emergency kits and AEDs in our tracking system under a central master account.
Practices have a nominated staff member to complete local checks.
We monitor compliance dashboards, chase missed checks, and manage expiries and missing items.
We arrange or dispatch replacement consumables and provide governance-ready reports.

We also offer an optional AED Annual Service Add-On. This covers coordination of professional annual AED testing, transport and documentation, and can include provision of a loan device while the practice’s AED is away for service. This add-on is designed to support CQC and governance expectations around maintenance of resuscitation equipment.
Pricing is from around £120 per AED per year and is billed on top of the main subscription tier.

We are launching a 3-month pilot based on our Monitor & Replenish tier. For just £90 per practice per month, your surgery will receive full setup, a baseline compliance audit, ongoing monitoring and kit replenishment (consumables billed separately).
